Aldea Counseling Services (ACS)
ACS empower people to improve their mental health and family functions, creating a safer and healthier community for all of us. The program encompasses a wide range of mental health services, including:
- Psychological assessments (Napa County only)
- Individual, family and group psychotherapy
- Behavioral support services
- Psychiatry, including medication management
- Therapeutic visitation services (by Child Welfare Services referral only)
- Specialty mental health services for children ages 0-5, supported by First 5 Napa County
- Youth Diversion Services, in partnership with the Napa Police Department, to prevent delinquency among at-risk youth (City of Napa only)
- Skills Training for Adolescents Reaching for Success (STARS), which offers treatment and counseling for youth on probation and support for their families (Solano County only)
Napa County Residents
Eligibility
- Ages 0 – 21 and enrolled in Medi-Cal
- Ages 0 – 5 and in need of early identification and treatment of mental health challenges
- Ages 5 – 18 who reside in the City of Napa and are at risk of involvement in the juvenile justice system

Solano County Residents
Eligibility
- Ages 0-21 and enrolled in Medi-Cal
- Parents of children who have emotional challenges and are involved in Napa, Solano or San Francisco County Child Welfare Services
- Youth on probation and their families (as referred by the Solano County Probation Department)
